A native of Northern California, Barb Aiello has been working with local Renaissance Fairs for nearly a decade as docent, performer, vendor, historical chef and staff kitchen manager.
She is currently the Program Coordinator of The Hands-on History School Workshops for Renaissance Productions and runs The Celtic Hearth with her husband Rob and daughter Michelle.
